Set Up Your Availability
- In your admin tab, go to Bookings and select Availability.
- Click Add New Availability and follow the prompts.
- Create sessions or availability names—add as many as you like. Name each one and hit Create.
Example session names:- 15-minute virtual coffee
- 30-minute consultation
- 1-hour group class
- Plan your time by setting the available dates and times for each session you created. Hit Update and you're done!
Create an Event
- In your admin tab, go to Bookings and select Event Types.
- Click Add a New Event Type and start adding your details.
- Toggle the option for whether it’s open for a group class or event.
- Fill out the details.
- Select the session/availability name you want to add to your bookings (you need to create an event type for each availability to make it appear on your booking page).
- Once you're done, click the dropdown arrow under Pricing & Payments to set up your booking fees.
- Protect yourself from cancellations by adding rules in Policies & Protections and Advanced Options.
