First things first, set your event type:
- In your admin tab, go to Bookings and select Event Types.
- Click Add a New Event Type and start adding your details.
- Once you're done, click the dropdown arrow under Pricing & Payments.
- Add your cancellation fee and select Collect Payment Upfront.
- Turn off the Booking Refundable option so you can retain the partial payment if the customer cancels or doesn't show.
- To establish a policy, click Booking Policy and type in your rules.
- You can also apply more rules in the Advanced Options section.
